These Terms and Conditions are between insideVirtual, LLC (Company) and Exhibitor, Sponsor, Advertiser or Direct Client (Customer) as it relates to inside365 and our affiliate channels.

All Traffic including Registered and Non-Registered Visitors (Users) includes any combination of traffic generated, leads or profiles register for participation with any insideVirtual Managed Media or Markets (Company Sites).

Privacy and Terms of Use:

All websites and communities maintain a level of privacy participants must agree to participate:

Media Properties: Our media properties are identified as insideVirtual’s content distribution network. Each respective website, future websites and all content is managed independently. Customer’s Directory placement and Content Syndication are subject to the separate Services Agreement in place for Customer Advertising and Sponsorship services.

Customer Exhibitors:

  • Services automatically renews unless 30 day written notice of non-renewal is received from Exhibitor. 
  • 30 day written notice required for booth cancelation. 
  • Payments due in advance of service per agreement terms.

Customer Advertising:

  • All graphics, links, and content must be received prior to placement of advertisement. 
  • Standard contract runs for one month from date of payment or mutually agreed dates. 
  • Full payment (100%) due prior to advertisement placement.

Customer Sponsorship: 

  • All graphics, links, and content must be received prior to placement or activation of sponsorship program. 
  • Activation begins on 1st day of next full month after payment received or mutually agreed dates. 
  • Full payment (100%) due prior to placement or activation of sponsorship program.

Customer Professional and Advisory Services:

Terms and conditions defined by Statement of Work for each project.

Lead Ownership:

Company will be the sole owner of any information that Company collects from Users through the Company Sites, and the Customer will have the rights to use any User information the Customer collects from Users through the Company Sites. No User information collected from Company Sites will be shared with any other party unless legally bound by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to the provisions of List Campaign Usage, each party will have the unrestricted right and license to use any information provided by the other party pursuant.

List Campaign Usage:

The list of names and addresses is, and remains the sole and exclusive property of Company and may not be used for any purpose or incorporated into any other Customer list or database, without Company’s express written consent. Lists contain decoy names to detect unauthorized or illegal use.

Customers who purchase a mailing list option are granted LIMITED use of this list for the purpose of mailing per the Statement of Work.  

Customers that violate the limited use policy agree to pay Company, upon demand, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000) as liquidated damages and agree to reimburse Company for all costs and expenses incurred by Company in connection with collecting such liquidated damages, including attorneys’ fees and court costs.

Customer agrees that the amount of actual damages incurred by Company for violations of its limited-use policy would be difficult to ascertain, but that the sum specified is a reasonable approximation of such damages. This permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Email addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers will not be provided.

Attendees who “opt out’ of third-party communications will be removed from the list.

Promotional emails:

By submitting your request forms to insideVirtual and any of our affiliates you agree to allow the Company to send you promotional emails describing its products and services. These emails will provide you the opportunity to opt out if you choose.

Company Modification:

The Company reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions without notice

Payments:

insideVirtual will invoice clients using Authorize.net secure payment gateway or via ACH from JP Morgan Chase. Any payment by the Company or Their Representative constitutes acceptance of Service and the respective Terms and Conditions.
